Service Update

It is with great regret that we have been unable to fulfil the ‘Full Circle Service’, of which we are so proud, to all of our clients. As you are aware the whole solar industry has been thwarted in its infancy, by the deadline imposed by the Government with only six weeks’ notice. This has been exacerbated by the pressure placed upon installation companies, suppliers, logistics, scaffolders, MCS and other bodies involved in supporting the industry in addition to the adverse weather conditions typical at this time of year. WE, like many others, have attempted to work around the clock, seven days a week in order to try and ensure as many clients as possible benefit from the current Feed In Tariff of 43.3p. In accordance with our terms of business we really have used best endeavours to achieve this.

One positive outcome of this roller coaster is that manufacturers have been forced to review their position and we have used our considerable buying power to drive prices down for 2012. Whilst we have been given an indication, nothing has yet been confirmed. However in an attempt to placate those clients that have been frustratedly patient with us, we are prepared to make an offer, at our own risk, assuming such reductions, for installation after the 12th December. From the work we have done so far this would produce returns between 8 & 10% with a payback period of 9 – 12 years. These figures are broadly in line with pre 12th December returns and, we hope this gesture will be accepted in the spirit offered by our clients.

If you would like us to prepare figures we will happily do so and revert within the next few days, with a revisit to your home if required. There is no risk to you in reviewing these figures, and if you decide they are not for you, we will of course offer a full refund immediately, subject only to a processing time of 5 days and, where applicable, recovery of any goods on site.
