Terms and Conditions

1. Qualifying introductions are those which result in the sale and installation of a Solar PV system by Solar Direct Savings LLP (SDS)
following commissioning and payment in full

2. An introduction cheque/ friend recommended does not automatically qualify for introductory payment and is subject to 1 above

3. Recommend a Friend s/ cheques are sequential and the offer relates to fully paid installation, as such non qualifying cheques
will be ignored for the purpose of calculating bonus payment

4. Additional cheque books may be requested, subject to receipt by SDS of eight qualified introductions that result in a
presentation by an SDS Consultant – irrespective of sales status

5. Subject to 4 above, there is no limitation to the amount of cheque books/ recommend a friends an introducing client may receive

6. Any sale generated by a referral cheque is subject to SDS’s standard terms and conditions of sale

7. Solar PV system prices are subject to frequent change and currency fluctuation, as such SDS does not warrant repetition of Price

8. SDS reserve the right to request referring clients to provide testimonial and / or photographs of their installation, which may be used in a variety of media used to promote the services of SDS

Your continued use of the cheque book/ friends recommended after changes have been posted, constitutes your acceptance of these terms of Use as amended.
